Sephora tends to give a lot of sample/mini size products to customers who shop online and even to customers who shop in stores. I've collected a lot of Beauty Perks from Sephora and I am going to share my opinions on them with you!
Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 in Sugar Rose & Sugar - These lip treatments feel incredibly soft on your lips. I love using them right after I exfoliate my lips. There is no need to apply often either because it lasts for a pretty long time. I like Sugar better than Sugar Rose.
Would I purchase full size? Maybe! I wouldn't purchase a full size tinted one unless it was cheaper. I'd be willing to buy Sugar (the clear one).
Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara in Rich Black - This mascara isn't terrible. It lengthens, but not enough. It thickens lashes, but not enough. It's an okay mascara.
Would I purchase full size? Knowing that there are better mascaras, No!
Laura Mercier Foundation Primer Radiance - I have oily skin so I tend to stay away from products that say 'radiance.' To me, this is just an okay product. I have nothing bad to say about it, but I'm certainly not going to rave about it either. It definitely is radiant. So points to Laura Mercier for making products do what they claim to do! I will use it now because it's winter and my skin is less oily. I know this would not work for me in the summer though.
Would I purchase full size? Nope!
Nars Larger Than Life Lip Gloss in Gold Digger - If you don't know already, I am a Nars girl. I've never tried a makeup product from Nars that I didn't like. Some people say this lip gloss is too sticky, which I can sort of agree with. I don't mind it though! It isn't too sticky for me. This particular looks great on all skin tones.
Would I purchase full size? Yes!
Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long Wear Mascara in Black - Bobbi Brown has great makeup products. This mascara is certainly one of them. It doesn't get clumpy and goes through lashes easily.
Would I purchase full size: No, but only because I have other favorites.
Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara in Black - This is certainly my favorite mascara at the moment! It's the first mascara I've ever tried from Clinique and I absolutely love it. It's super black, and it lengthens and curls lashes tremendously.
Would I purchase full size? Of course, Duh!
Benefit Watt's Up Highlighter - I didn't like this highlighter. When I use this, it doesn't really look like I highlighted my face, but at the same time it looks very fake and unnatural. I know that's kind of confusing and I'm probably not making any sense, but that's the best way I can describe it.
Would I purchase full size? NO!
AmorePacific Treatment Enzyme Peel - This enzyme peel is the first product I've tried from AmorePacific. It's an Asian brand and I was excited to try it because I've heard so many great things about Asian skincare. I LOVE this. I use it after cleansing my face and it helps brighten and even skin tone . It's a super gentle exfoliator, so it's great for sensitive skin. It's foams once wet and turns into a rich lather and gets dead skin cells off.
Would I purchase full size? ABSOLUTELY YES!
AmorePacific Moisture Bond Rejuvenating Creme - OMG. Can I first say that the price of this face creme is $150!!!! Jeez!!! Anyways...I wasn't surprised that I like this. A $150 moisturizer better be likable. It has a pleasant smell to it, kind of like fresh flowers or baby power. Like the enzyme peel, it helps brighten and even skin tone. It's formulated with bamboo sap and which helps support cell turnover.
Would I purchase full size? Maybe if I'm crazy enough one day to spend $150 on a face moisturizer! I don't see that happening in my future.
Glam Glow Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment - Can someone please explain to me why people rave about this product. In my opinion it's really harsh and super drying! There are large chunks of something in this mask and I can't figure out for the life of me what exactly these chunks are. It feels like I'm rubbing dirt and sticks on my face. It made me break out a little and put more of an emphasis on my pores.
Would I purchase full size? Heck No!
Benefit They're Real Mascara in Black - I really like this mascara! It is super lengthening! I like mascara brushes that are plastic because it is easier to comb through lashes and is less clumpy. This isn't clumpy at all. I feel like my lashes practically touch my eyebrows when applying this mascara :)
Would I purchase full size? Yes!
